Our Quality Management System complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and has been approved by Lloyds Register of Quality Assurance, Certificate Number LRQ 0959722.

Our scope of registration is for the machining of high volume small components for the automotive and general engineering industries.

In addition to meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 our management system includes a number of the requirements of ISO 9001/TS 16949:2002, e,g. Advanced Quality Planning, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, Control Plans and Bench Marking etc.

To ensure that our systems are kept up to date and adhered to, any potential risks to the company or our customers are identified, all system audits are independently carried out by a qualified external consultant experienced in such matters. Our quality management system is frequently reviewed to ensure ongoing compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001 and company needs.
