Our 24-7 machine shop operation includes both Towa and EMI-MEC machines with the following machining capacities:

TOWA Machines

• Length 10mm minimum to 110mm maximum
• Diameter 3mm minimum to 30 mm maximum

Out put 200/4800 per hour depending on product; average 3200 pieces per hour.

EMI- MEC Cell

• Length 10mm minimum to 150 mm maximum
• Diameter 3mm minimum to 25 mm maximum

Out put 50/500 per hour depending on product

Facility to work 24 hours per day 7 days per week.
